A constitutional law on the bought apartment

Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation registered complaints on standards of the Code of Civil Procedure (CCP) and federal laws "About executive production" and "About the Constitutional court". Applicants, Odnodvortsev' family from Moscow, got under contract purchase and sale the apartment which was illegally privatized earlier, and now the city will claim the property on court.
