SGS: 50% of collected soft wheat in Kazakhstan correspond to the 3rd class

According to official statistics, for the end of October of the current year in Kazakhstan 99% of a grain yield that made more than 19 million tons (20% less, than in 2018) were reaped. Average productivity made 12,8 c/hectare — also less, than last year. Thus about 50% of soft wheat were accepted the 3rd class whereas amount of grain of firm wheat 3 classes made only 12,8%.
