Volkov Vladimir entered in top-5 heads of regions in a rating of developments the competitive environment in regional economy

The assessment was made on the basis of the development Standard the competition in subjects Russian Federation by data for 2018. Chapter Republic of Mordovia took the 5th place among 85 heads of subjects of Federation. In comparison with the previous rating Volkov Vladimir rose by 7 positions from the 12th place following the results of 2017.
