Navigation for small size vessels in Sakhalin Region is closed on November 15

In the territory of Sakhalin Region since November 15, 2019 the navigation period for swimming of small size vessels in the territorial sea comes to the end, on non-navigable water objects operation of small size vessels is allowed to ledostava, the press service of regional GU reports Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters. In the territory of Sakhalin Region the next periods of navigation for swimming of small size vessels are determined: from April 15 to November 15: gulf Aniva; from April 15 to November 15: the cape Aniva - the Patience cape; from April 15 to November 15: the cape Crillon - the cape Tyk; from May 15 to November 15: the Patience cape - Elizabeth's cape; since June 1 to 15...
