Socialists can receive more than a third of places in the Spanish parliament

In Spain sum up the results of extraordinary parliamentary elections which have to define 350 Congressmen of deputies and 208 senators. According to preliminary data, in the lower house of parliament the socialist Labour party can receive more than a third of chairs.
