In 40 years Barnaul lost more than 50% of territories of parks

In Barnaul architects Zenkov Stanislas and Atadzhanov Andrey for design of the concept of restoration of Izumrudny park carried out analysis conditions of all parks of the city. Results were depressing. Research showed that all 14 city parks lost the territory. And the condition of three of them is critical.
