Management Investigation department Investigative committee Russian Federation on Republic of Kalmykia brought criminal case concerning the former head Elista and the chairman of city meeting, the department press service reports. Case is opened on h. 2 Art. 285 of UK (the abuse of powers of office made by chapter of local government).
