Court removed from bicycle racers Vinokurov Alexander and Alexander Kolobnev charges of contractual race

The former bicycle racers Vinokurov Alexander and Alexander Kolobnev are exempted from suspicions in carrying out contractual race. The Belgian portal of DH reports that court did not find proofs of fault of athletes in arrangement.
