The international forum of public diplomacy "Dialogue on Volga: the world and mutual understanding in the XXI century" will pass in Volgograd

On October 31 - on November 1 in Volgograd will pass the sixth International forum of public diplomacy "Dialogue on Volga: the world and mutual understanding in the XXI century", dated for the 75 anniversary of the world movement of twinning, the foundation to which laid British Coventry and Soviet Volgograd.
