On October 24, 2019 order taking about readiness of participation in competition on the right of the conclusion of the concession agreement concerning modernization of objects of a heat supply of the Emanzhelinsky city settlement Chelyabinsk Region will begin. Order taking is declared at the initiative of the private party. The conclusion of the concession agreement was proposed by JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "CHELYABOBLKOMMUNENERGO".
