The new system of payment for garbage removal will be entered on Sakhalin Region since December 1. As reported on Wednesday in the press service Government of Sakhalin region, now charge for export of solid household waste will be made on number of the people registered in the apartment. In case nobody is registered in housing, bills for garbage removal will be made out for owners of housing.
