The Russian banks can start checking telephone numbers of clients

On phone number State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation will consider the bill of identification of bank clients in the second reading in November. The draft document prepared Cabinet of Ministers, transfers TV channel information agency "Yakutiya 24" with reference to daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya". The government suggests to oblige banks to check phone numbers of clients for confirmation of passport data. For this purpose plan to create uniform information system verifications of data on the subscriber (EIS), directed on interaction between credit to the organizations and communications operators.
