The chairman of Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin signed the Order on posthumous rewarding with the departmental medal "Valour and Courage" of the 13-year-old inhabitant Chelyabinsk Region Novoselov Dimitri, heroically rescued two boys from ice water at the price of the life.
