United States of America will enter new restrictions concerning Cuba

Ministry of trade of the United States of America will toughen rules of export and re-export of some types of production to Cuba, among which leasing aircraft equipment and deliveries the telecommunication equipment. The decision will come into force on October 21. The corresponding notice placed on October 18 Bureau of the industry and safety on a site of the Federal register of official documents of the American government.
