Leaders of protests in Ecuador accepted the proposal of the president on dialogue

Considering a difficult epidemiological situation, today I signed the decree about the announcement of state of emergency in 16 provinces. Measures come into force on April 23 at 20.00 and will work till May 20 inclusive
