The second forum of the Russian culture in Europe "Slovonovo" took place to Montenegro. In its framework passed discussions with participation of philosophers and writers, musical concerts, creative evenings and displays of new movies. The Russian compatriots living abroad, and guests gathered in Montenegro Budva from Russian Federation, "The new newspaper" reports periodical e-edition "Novaya gazeta", Italy, Israel, Czech Republic and other countries.
