On October 10, 2019 in Ministry foreign affairs of Turkmenistan the ceremony of signing Protocols about an exchange of diplomas about ratification of Contracts between Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan about the region of a point of a joint of frontiers of three states took place.
