On hand newspaper "Kommersant" was the draft of the report of the regional monitoring working group on elections in Moscow Council for human rights at President of the Russian Federation in whom public men ask legislators "to provide legal mechanisms of restriction of a flow of feykovy information" during elections. The initiative was supported not by all members of SPCh, having regarded it as "manifestation of political censorship"...
