Non-oil export develops better than import substitution

TSMAKP summed up the results of five years of policy of import substitution and stimulation of not power export. From the published work of the center follows that not power export Russian Federation since 2014 steadily grows much quicker than the power. Besides, in 2016-2018 growth of power not oil export was accelerated — the share of energy industry in export in the comparable prices of 2013 decreased from 73% for the beginning of the 2012th to 68% for July, 2019...
