The Astrakhan governor Babushkin Igor continues to improve the law on privileges

The governor Babushkin Igor charged to Government of Astrakhan region to make offers on change of the law "About Measures of Social Support and Social Helps to Separate Categories of Citizens to Astrakhan Region". Changes will mention privileges for orphan children who study in professional colleges. By the Astrakhan law it is provided delivery of food to them, clothes and footwear. Babushkin Igor considers that this needs to be replaced help with money. The sum of monetary compensation on one pupil will make 7500 rubles a month.
