Regions will connect a matrix

Drafts of laws on state control and about obligatory requirements are brought in the government, and in November they will be sent to State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Deputy Prime Minister Chuychenko Konstantin at meeting at Vladimir Putin reported on October 9.
