On Kamchatka Territory snow already lies, and the authorities declared start of a heating season. According to them, in Sredniye Pakhachi village the boiler room regularly works, providing inhabitants with heat. However inhabitants of the village were inexpressibly surprised to such statement because the boiler room about which there is a speech, does not work 20 years. All that remained from it are ruins...
