Novosibirsk activists discuss reform the city charter

The head of Civil Patrol fund Antonov Rostislav published in social networks of a claim of public men to the charter Novosibirsk. Activists took the initiative of reforming of the document. Meeting of the working group will take place in expanded structure at the end of September. Antonov Rostislav in the Social network Facebook noted seven main questions to the city charter. Public men would like to see more worked procedure of a response of deputies and the mayor: "Theoretically procedure of a response is registered, but in practice it is unrealizable"...
