Profile departments could not reach a uniform position concerning formation of tariffs of distributive power supply networks on a method of reference expenses. By data newspaper "Kommersant", the government coordinated obligatory transition to a new method of all territorial network organizations (TNO), however neither the size of "standards", nor a way of their calculation, a consequence of their introduction are not determined.
