Within the St. Petersburg cultural forum will discuss art educations

The program of the section "Fine arts" VIII of the St. Petersburg international cultural forum is devoted to the international art exchange in the broadest sense: from discussion of exhibiting of the Soviet art before discussion about world biyennalny movement.
