Stanislas Ivanovich Mosharov refused posts of the chairman and the deputy of City Duma of Chelyabinsk , having asked not to consider him candidacy in general. The politician declared it at meeting of political council of Lenin regional office of "United Russia" Party where the issue of delegation of municipal deputies in Gorodskoy parlament was resolved. As Stanislas Ivanovich Mosharov explained later, the fatigue from work as the chairman of municipal duma within ten years became the reason of his decision.
