The German dairy cooperative DMK Group agreed to get completely DV Nutrition joint venture assets as and Volac declared DMK the termination of the 15-year partnership in this direction. Company DV Nutrition was founded by DOC Kaas (enters into DMK group) and Volac and since 2004 makes ingredients on the basis of serumal protein and lactose.
