To Russian Federation approved rules of registration of road accidents about smartphones

Insurers OSAGO are going to collect data about road accidents from smartphones of drivers. The mobile application developed for this purpose since November will earn in four regions Russian Federation and will allow to transfer information on incident, reports daily business newspaper "RBK daily".
