The polar art residence opens a new creative season

On August 26 at 18.30 in the Museum PolArt-residence Norilsk will take place presentation of the program of a new creative season. Norilsk wait not only new resident projects of the Russian artists in the field of the actual art, to the devoted Norilsk, but also the new educational format developed by Museum in partnership with the Ural branch GTSSI.
