Tver district court of Moscow arrested the other day the thief in law Dulat Youlo who is better known under the former name — Yevloev Ahmed (Yevloev Ahmed Round-shouldered). To "legalist" already condemned for drugs this time incriminate Art. 210.1 recently entered into the criminal code of Russian Federation (occupation of the highest situation in criminal hierarchy).
