Moscow Election Committee chapter Mosgorizbirkom Valentine Pavlovich Gorbunov will not leave the post before the end of campaign for elections in Moscow City Duma which will take place on September 8. Let's remind, resignations demanded it earlier candidates from Communist Party of the Russian Federation, they were supported by the party leader Gennady Zyuganov. The chairman of the Central Election Commission Ella Pamfilova declared that Valentine Pavlovich Gorbunov the vote of no confidence can be taken out, but to elections anybody will not accept such radical decisions.
