Ilsur Metshin and Andrey Makarevich helped to restore the House Berkutov Nicholas to Kazan

The mayor Kazan Ilsur Metshin and the known Russian musician Andrey Makarevich took part in restoration of the House Berkutov Nicholas which is located in the capital Republic of Tatarstan on Fatykh Karim Street.
