Prosecutor's office of the Mechetlinsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan revealed legislation violations at realization of privileges for housing acquisition with use of means of a maternity capital. It is established that in 2015 the married couple from page of Bolsheustyikinskoye, on the occasion of the birth of the second child, received the state certificate of the maternity (family) capital which funds of more than 400 thousand rubles allocated for construction a house.
