The minister of educations and sciences Republic of Tatarstan Burganov Rafis advised educational institutions of the republic not to postpone Knowledge Day celebration to September 2. His words are provided by the department press service. This year on September 1 drops out on Sunday. Burganov Rafis declared that the final decision is made by schools.
