Deputies suggested not to recover unsettled debts for services Household management company

In State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation suggested to add the Housing code – courts will oblige to repay debts of citizens for services Household management company only for the last three years – that is within limitation period. According to authors of the bill, citizens usually repay this debt. But management companies include in payment orders and those debts which collected earlier. Under the law, they can ignore the term of limitation period. Deputies consider that it strikes at the civil rights.
