In the country market Saint Petersburg is reduced number of cottage settlements

According to Expert bureau "Speransky", for the beginning of the second half of the year 2019 on sale there were 431 cottage settlements. Though half a year ago citizens could buy real estate more than in 450 projects. Till 2016 the number of cottage settlements steadily grew, despite all crises and economic shocks. And only in 2019 the obvious trend on a decrease was shown. The part of projects is removed from sales, the part is sold, also inflow of new settlements thus was considerably reduced.
