State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation approved amendments about penalties for refusal to provide goods or services to disabled people

The bill on amendments to Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 195-FZ "On the Code on Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation") which enter responsibility for refusal to provide to disabled people goods or services, passed the first reading in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, is reported in materials the lower house of parliament.
