Will prolong? The rights of Ricoh for use of the Pentax trademark expire next year

It is known that the Pentax trademark belongs companies to Hoya. Company Ricoh Imaging, getting production cameras and lenses of Pentax (Pentax Imaging Systems) at Hoya in 2011, acquired the right to use this brand according to the license agreement. The term of its action expires in 2020. Pentax Medical division (because of which Hoya in 2008 bought Pentax) remained in Hoya property, as well as the brand of Pentax used by Hoya group for medical devices. While it is not clear, whether the license agreement between Hoya and Ricoh Imaging will be prolonged. It is not excluded that is not present...
