In Chelyabinsk for the first time handed over the award "Parental Thanks"

In Chelyabinsk for the first time awarded the best heads and experts in helps to families with special children. The initiative of establishment of the award "Parental Thanks" was taken by the All-Russian organization of parents of disabled children (VORDI). In the capital of South Ural the awards ceremony was held by the chairman of the Chelyabinsk office of VORDI Kirillova Elizabeth. It handed over an award to twenty best heads of departments, education institutions , to teachers, sports instructors, psychologists, journalists...
