Moscow, 26 Mar — Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti", Ibragimov Galy. Exactly thirty years ago in the USSR the first partially alternative elections took place. Earlier Soviet citizens voted only "for the indestructible block of communists and non-parties", that is for candidates already approved by CPSU, and on March 26, 1989 it was possible to choose from several different applicants. Today look naive and enthusiasm of those election campaigns, and hopes of voters. But it was the important milestone in policy modern Russian Federation and other Post-Soviet countries...
