International festival of a videoart Seychas&Potoì’19

Since 2019 the International festival of a videoart starts working with Seychas%26potom in a new format. Festivals on the basis of open order taking will take place in a mode of a biennial NON-COMMERCIAL HORTICULTURAL ASSOCIATION "SOYUZ ARKHITEKTOROV" every two years. In intermediate year of visitors invite to a festival exhibition with participation of new works of contestants of the previous releases.
