The northern area celebrated 20-year anniversary

Today, on February 1, in KDTs "Metallurgist" celebrated the 20 anniversary of the youngest in Oryol the area - Northern. Concert "Blossom, our Northern area" was prepared by forces of creative collectives exclusively from this territorial educations.
