Supreme Court of the Russian Federation confirmed refusal to minority shareholders of GAS in claim to Oleg Deripaska

Supreme Court of the Russian Federation upheld judicial acts of the subordinate instances which have rejected claim of three minority shareholders of Gorky Automobile Plant (GAS) to beneficiary of group to Oleg Deripaska and general director to Sorokin Vadim for the sum of 11,4 billion rubles. As appears from a card file of the arbitration affairs, considering the cassation complaint claimants judge Elena Zolotova refused to submit VS the case on revision to judicial board on economic disputes.
