On November 22, 2018 LLC "Ekspobank" declared closing of the transaction on acquisition of 15% of stocks PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "SDM-BANK". As it is specified, the equity stake belonging to European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) was redeemed. Sale assets is explained by the expiration of investments (usually bank is put for five-seven years).
