In Kamensk-Shakhtinsky appointed the new head

The new appointee headed administration Kamensk-Shakhtinsky. The position was held by Fetisov Konstantin. On November 15 the choice was made by deputies of City Council. The majority of them Fetisov Konstantin voted for the candidate. On a post of the head it replaced Oleg Kayudin. The ex-head resigned in May of this year.
