Court obliged municipal authorities to demolish emergency houses in Kumyony district

Kirov, on September 17, Russian information agency "FederalPress". Court recognized reasonable requirements of regional prosecutor's offices.

Prosecutor's office Kumyony district Kirov region revealed a number of emergency objects which were subject to demolition in 2017. No. 8 on Forest, pgt is a question of houses No. 12 down the street Prudna. Kumena, and also No. No. 4 and 12 houses down the street Green pgt, are reported by the press service of regional prosecutor's offices.

Knows that resettlement of residents from emergency houses was carried out in two stages – in June 2016 and July, 2017. At the same time, municipal authorities still did not take any measures for demolition of the specified objects which create threat of life and to health of citizens in case of a collapse.

to court the statement of claim with the requirement to oblige bodies of municipal authority to organize works on demolition of the above emergency houses", – is spoken in the message.

Following the results of consideration of the statement of claim, court recognized requirements of supervisory authority lawful and reasonable.
