the Memorandum fixes intentions of the parties on cooperation in the field of joint development, financings and implementation of the project on creation of fleet of ice breakers on LNG for providing with icebreaking pilotage of the Arctic LNG projects "PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "NOVATEK"" in freezing water areas of the Northern Sea Route, and also vessel construction port fleet and supply.
