Solnechnogorsk district received in property of nearly 60 objects real estates

of RIAMO - 10 Sep. Nearly 60 objects real estates arrived in property Solnechnogorsk district Moscow Region, among them premises and engineering infrastructure, Minmosoblimushchestva is told in the press service message.

Government oblasti supported the initiative, and after a number of coordination of 57 objects real estates were transferred to the municipal possession", – the minister of the property relations told Moscow Region Andrey Averkiev.

Among them 36 objects housing stock (premises) and the engineering infrastructure necessary for ensuring appropriate operation of objects housing stock, being in operational management the Educational and Skilled Soil and Ecological Center (ESSEC).

B that in 1949 in Chashnikovo's village and her vicinities the Educational and skilled agrobiological station (UOABS) of "Chashnikovo" Lomonosov Moscow State Universities which subsequently transformed to the Educational and Skilled Soil and Ecological Center (ESSEC) was organized.

"The center is engaged in researches in the field of soil science, ecology and agrochemistry and possesses good base – on the area more than 600 hectares there is a forest area, crop nursery for carrying out selection works and about 200 hectares of an arable land. Annually on practice on various natural-science disciplines there come about 230 students of Moskovsky state university named after M. V. Lomonosova, Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosova, Moskovsky university or Moscow State University and other higher education institutions", – is specified in the message.

on the 43rd kilometer of Leningradskoye Highway of the rural settlement of Peshkovskoye, in it lives about 2,4 thousand people. The village has rich history – in the XV century the village belonged to boyars Chashnikov moved by Ivan III from Veliky Novgorod, and in the XVII century there was an estate of the Russian noble sort Sobakinykh from whom there was a queen Sobakina Marfa.
