By preliminary results at Orlov Vasilii 58,35% of voices, from Communist Party of the Russian Federation Rakutina Tatyana voted for the candidate of 24,44%. On a by-election of the deputy of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation received these 425 sites (56,44% of protocols).
