the Farm stopped the existence in the 90th years and now is in an emergency state. The thrown building poses threat of safety therefore the administration of the municipal area decided it to take down and to use the earth under a farm in the agricultural purposes.
"On Friday will carry out works on demolition of an old dairy farm in Sergiyev Posad district which is in an emergency state and causes concern because there people, children who are attracted by similar places with frightening situation without effort can get. Thus, the building bears threat of safety inhabitants of the village, and it is necessary this danger to clean. Also in plans for the near future – demolition of a pile field in Protvin, and at the end of September will be dismantled an unfinished construction in Balashikha. It is until the end of the year planned to liquidate about ten more dangerous structures", – the minister of the property relations noted Moscow Region Andrey Averkiev.
He added that Sergiyev Posad district are conducted by administration active work on elimination of dangerous structures in the municipality territory, and on them control about 20 objects needing completion or demolition. Elimination of five of them is until the end of the year planned.
